Our cleanses provide a delicious and nutritious selection of drinks to help take the guess work out of juicing, giving you simple and clean ingredients that let you return to your roots as you stay focused on your process, progress and healing. During a Raw Juce cleanse you will be consuming, raw juice that is loaded with nutrients, especially alkalizing minerals- and no fiber to slow digestion. You are giving your body a chance to rebuild your digestive system, so it can channel energy into a deep cleansing of toxins, allowing it to function more efficiently and to heal your body from the inside out.

what to eat before your cleanse

We recommend eating whole foods (salads, vegetables, whole grains), and removing animal protein (beef, chicken, pork, fish), as well as refined starches and sugars (white bread, rice, pasta), dairy products, alcohol and caffeine. This should be done 5-7 days prior to starting your cleanse.

What to do if you get hungry during your cleanse

We recommend drinking as much water as possible. You can drink iced water or warm water with lemon. You can also go for a light walk, read a book or meditate to get your mind off of your food cravings.
If you still feel the need to eat, stick to one type of fruit!

What to do after your cleanse

After you break your cleanse we recommend sticking to a healthy eating plan that consists of whole grains, salads, vegetables, minimizing animal protein and limiting starches, sugar, dairy products, alcohol and caffeine.

Can I exercise during a cleanse?

We recommend light exercise such as yoga or walking to promote blood circulation.
